No there are NOT two wills in the Lord Jesus Christ. In Him is only ONE will for ALL men to be saved, by that I mean everyone without exception, that salvation is by works, by doing what the Bible said, or by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ and do what He said. And there is NOT such a thing as Divine Election, there is only 'ELECTION', and that election is salvation by grace alone lest any man may boast. That is the FREE GIFT from the Lord Jesus Christ to Adam and Eve and for every child of God to this very day, a free gift of God eternal LIFE in Christ Jesus our Lord (born again).
The word ‘belief or believing’ standing by itself is meaningless, it is only in the doing that a man is saved, just the same as the word ‘saved or salvation’ standing by itself is also meaningless. We need to know what we are saved from, and we cannot be saved from being unsaved, that is also meaningless.
If ‘grace’ means ‘the UNMERITED favor of the Lord’, then grace means that there is NO requirement of belief or faith. Grace does NOT depend on whether we believe and have faith, grace is UNMERITED. Since we ALL (except the Lord Jesus Christ) were born spiritually dead, passed down from Adam, we ALL (not everyone but ALL of God's children) will be gifted with the free gift of spiritual life just as Adam had before the fall (to be born again) at the appropriate time. That FREE GIFT of salvation to be born again is NOT ‘UNCONDITIONAL’ election as the Calvinists say, but is conditional election, but NOT as the Arminians say, on the condition of what they would do, it is on the condition whether they are children from God through Adam's line only.
