Protestant (Lutheran) Pastor William Weedon Shares His Testimony of Almost Converting to Eastern Orthodoxy, But Eventually Remaining Protestant

As I often point out I'm theologically Baptist, Calvinist and Continuationist. But I appreciate my fellow conservative Protestants who aren't Baptist. Here's Lutheran pastor William Weedon's testimony IN TWO PARTS. Plus another video. See also YouTube videos of Joshua Schooping who did convert to Orthodoxy, became an Orthodox priest, but later reverted back to Evangelical Protestantism and is now a Lutheran Pastor as well. One of my other blogs has a link to Schooping's testimony.

Nine Types of "Calvinism"

The link below lists 9 types of "Calvinism." The first two and last one are outside the bounds of historic Calvinism. I myself would generally fall under the 4th one which is listed as Regular High Calvinism. Though there are hyper and hypo views I'm open to which are not my default views. For example, my default view is standard Owenian Limited Atonement. But I'm open to universal atonement, or mediating views like an Amyraldian view; or even one where the extent of the atonement is universal, but the intent is particular. Another example is the issue of whether reprobation is conditional, unconditional or both in different senses [see my exploratory blog Here].

The article seems to acknowledge that there can be more mixing and matching but that doing so would proliferate to too many categories.
